摘要
介绍了关节臂式坐标测量机的测量原理和使用方法,采用Denavit-Hartenbeng方法建立关节臂测量机的理想数学模型。通过对测量数据与理论值的偏差计算,对坐标系进行平移和旋转匹配,使测量数据尽可能地包容曲面CAD模型,从而较好的解决了曲面匹配问题。关节臂测量机使在线测量更加方便快捷,它与传统的正交三坐标测量机相比具有高度灵活性,关节臂测量机改变了人们对坐标测量的理解。以门系统试验台架为例,阐述了关节臂测量机在轨道交通门系统安装、调试中的应用。
The measuring principle and operation steps of articulated arm coordinate measuring machine(AACMM) are introduced in the paper. Through Denavit-Hartenberg, an ideal mathematical model of the AACMM is established to calculate the deviation be- tween the real data and theoretical value, which is used to adjust the coordinate system, to settle surface matching and enable measurement data to contain the CAD model for the convenience of AACMM' s online measurement. Compared to the conventional coordinate measurement machines, it is more flexible and changes people' s understanding of the coordinate measurement. The door system test bench is taken for example to illustrate its application in the installation and debugging of the rail transit system.
