摘要
目的:观察分析自拟中药多动症汤治疗小儿多动症的临床效果。方法:选取我院在2010年7月-2012年6月收治的68例小儿多动症患者的临床资料进行研究分析,并按照抛硬币的方法将其分为治疗组(34例)和对照组(34例),对照组患者采用利他林进行治疗,治疗组患者采用自拟中药多动症汤进行治疗,对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果:治疗组患者临床治疗总有效率为91.18%,对照组患者临床治疗总有效率为70.58%。对比两组患者临床治疗效果,治疗组总有效率显著优于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟中药多动症汤治疗小儿多动症疾病临床效果显著,值得推广应用。
Objective： To observe clinical effects of the ADHD decoction on pediatric ADHD. Methods： 68 patients were randomlydivided into two groups; the control group was given Ritalin, and another was given the ADHD decoction. Results： The total efficiency in the treatment group was 91.18%, obviously higher than 70.58% in the control, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The ADHD decoction was good at treating pediatric ADHD, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
