摘要
目的:探索针灸治疗黄褐斑的临床效果。方法:将120例黄褐斑病人随机分为治疗组60例和对照组60例。治疗组在口服维生素C和维生素E的基础上,加用针灸治疗。观察黄褐斑缓解情况。结果:治疗组60例经治疗后,痊愈55例,有效3例,好转2例。总治愈率91.7%。对照组治愈45例,有效12例,好转2例,未愈1例,总治愈率为75.0%,经统计学分析,两组疗效存在显著的差异,治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组。结论:加用针灸治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效显著。
Objective： To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture on chloasma. Methods： 120 cases of chloasma patients was randomly divided into 60 cases in the treatment group and 60 cases in the control group. Treatment group on the basis of oral vitamin C and vitamin E, and treated by acupuncture. Remission of chloasma was observed. Results： In treatment group, 60 cases after treatment, 55 cases were cured, 3 caseswere effectively, 2 cases were improved. The total curative rate was 91.7%. In control group, 45 cases were cured, 12 cases were effectively, 2 caseswere improved, 1 case was not cured, the total curative rate was 75.0%, after statistics analysis, two groups of curative effect existed significant differences, the curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than that in the control group. Conclusion： The clinical curative effect of acupuncture in treating chloasma showed good efficacy.
