摘要
非正规金融在广大农村地区长期存在、发展,在有些地区甚至超越了正规金融的发展。文章从规模测度及衡量指标、产生根源、功能和作用、运行机制及演化路径四个方面对农村非正规金融进行综述。通过对文献的梳理发现农村非正规金融如何正规化,对非正规金融的监管问题、外部金融生态环境的影响、非正规金融与正规金融如何和谐共生、二者的动态演化博弈分析以及建立怎样的联接模式等问题有待进一步研究。
Irregular finance has existed and developed for a long time in vast rural areas, even exceeded regular finance forms in some areas. This article reviewed irregular rural finance on its scale measurement and measurement index, origin, function, operating mechanism and evolving path. Through reviewing literature, the article indicated that further research on rural informal finance should focus on the normalization and supervision of irregular finance, the influence of external financial ecological environment, the coexistence, the dynamic evolutionary game and linking patterns between regular finance and irregular finance.
