摘要
随着高等教育的快速发展,高校的经济活动内容日益广泛,财务风险也在不断加大,关于加强高校财务管理的宏观政策逐步完善。高校应从强化依法理财观念、落实经济责任制度、深化管理体制改革、突破制度执行薄弱环节、创新管理技术手段等方面狠下功夫,细化措施,落实到位,以不断适应高校快速发展的要求。
With the fast development of higher education, the economic activities in institutions of higher learning expand and the financial risks are getting higher. To perfect the macro-policy in strengthening financial management, institutions of higher learning should conduct financial transactions according to law, implement economic responsibility regulation, deepen management mechanism reform, break through the week point in the system, innovate management methods to subdivide measures and adapt to the quick development of institutions of higher learning.
