盐碱胁迫下紫花苜蓿的生理学及解剖学特征比较 被引量:4

摘要 以紫花苜蓿"中苜一号"为材料,分别比较了盐碱不同胁迫下紫花苜蓿光合参数、叶绿素和MDA的质量分数以及表皮解剖学特征。结果发现盐碱胁迫下,光合参数、叶绿素的质量分数、气孔开度都下降,而且碱胁迫下的下降程度高于盐胁迫,说明碱胁迫对紫花苜蓿的伤害强于盐胁迫。 In the study, takeing Alfalfa“zhongzhu No. 1” as experimental material, we compare photosynthetic parameters, chlorophyll content, MDA content and epidermal anatomy features of alfalfa under different salt and alkali stress, respectively. The results show that photosynthetic parameters, chlorophyll quality fraction and stomatal aperture decrease, and degree of decline of these is more under alkali stress than under salt stress. In a word, alkali stress does more dam-age on alfalfa than salt stress.
