摘要
针对传统集总参数带通滤波器设计时元件数目过多的问题,提出了一种改进方法,设计了100~500MHz的集总参数带通滤波器.该设计以集总参数低通滤波器为原型,利用电容的隔直通交特性,使得滤波器在100MHz以下取得较大衰减;通过并联电感与隔直电容组成L型匹配电路,改善端口的匹配特性;最后利用射频电路设计软件ADS进行仿真优化,得到了性能良好的带通滤波器.仿真结果表明,改进方法切实可行,对低频段集总参数带通滤波器的设计具有很好的借鉴意义.
For the problem that there is an excess number of elements in traditional lumped parameterband-pass filters, an improved method is proposed for designing a 100 -500 MHz lumped parameter band-passfilter in this paper. By taking the lumped parameter low-pass filter as a prototype and utilizing the characteristicsof DC blocking and AC coupling of capacitors, great attenuation of the filter below 100 MHz is achieved. Byshunting the inductance with DC blocking capacitors, an L-type match circuit is set up, thus improving the port’smatching characteristic. And finally, the simulation optimization is done by using the RF circuit design software,achieving a band-pass filter with good performance. Simulation results show that this improved scheme isfeasible, which has a model significance for the design of lumped parameter band-pass filter in LF band.
