摘要
盾构机试验台模拟加载器是再现试验台掘进工况的装置,其精度的高低就决定了试验台试验研究符合现实工况的程度。本文运用AMESim和MATLAB/Simulink仿真软件联合建立了液压系统仿真模型,对加载液压系统压力控制特性进行仿真分析。并运用PID控制策略对液压系统进行控制,使得加载系统的误差精度可满足设计要求。
Simulation loader in the shield tunneling machine test-bench is a device to reproduce working conditions of the test-bench, and the accuracy of the simulation loader is a key factor to determine whether the experimental research of test-benchis in accordance with the realistic conditions. In this paper, simulation model of the hydraulic system is established by usingAMESim and MATLAB/ Simulink simulation software, and pressure control characteristics of the loading hydraulic system issimulated analyzed. Meanwhile, the PID control strategy is used to control the hydraulic system, in order to make the errorprecision of the loading system achieve the design requirements.
