摘要
阐述低碳物流发展的重要性,对低碳物流法律推进机制构建的必要性及河北当前低碳物流法律推进机制构建中存在的问题进行分析,并对构建符合河北经济发展和社会进步需要的低碳物流法律推进机制提出合理化建议。
In this paper, we elaborated the importance of the development of the low-carbon logistics industry, analyzed the necessity for the establishment of the advancing mechanism of the low-carbon logistics related legal system as well as the existing problems thereof, and at the end proposed the effective suggestions for the establishment of the advancing mechanism compatible with the social and economic conditions of Hebei.
