摘要
右美托咪啶(Dexmedetomidine,Dex)是一种高度选择性α2肾上腺素受体激动药,目前在临床麻醉中应用广泛,Dex即被认为是一种有效的、安全的辅药,除具有短期镇静作用外,Dex已经作为一种有效的治疗药,其在临床麻醉应用中具有广泛的前景,已成为一种有效的药物。为使临床医生了解当前Dex在临床麻醉中的研究进展,为其临床基础研究提供理论依据,对Dex的作用机制、围手术期使用、术后使用、ICU镇静、清醒光纤插管及心脏外科手术中的应用现状作一综述。
Dexmedetomidine （Dex） is a highly selective α2 adrenergic receptor agonist ,wildly applying in clinical anesthesia. Dex is considered as an effect and safe adjuvant,in addition to a short-term sedation, and also has been used as an effective therapeutic agent. The application of Dex is promising in clinical anesthesia. The aim of this review was to outline the advances of use of Dex and provide practical guidance in clinic anesthesia. From the aspects of mechanism of action and clinical application, perioperative period, postoperative, ICU, awake fiber optic intubation and cardiac surgical procedures, we reviewed application status of Dex.
