摘要
分析"体教融合"人才培养模式的特点,以广州体育职业技术学院为例,从体制机制运行保障、竞技体育人才升学的成才渠道和基于运动员职业发展的教育改革等方面,介绍"体教融合"人才培养模式的具体实践,为体育高职院校的办学改革提供借鉴。
By analyzing the characteristics of the personnel training mode based on“Integration of Sports Training and Quality Education”and taking Guangzhou Polytechnic of Sports for example ,this essay introduces the practice of the mode in the aspects of the guarantee for the operations of the system and the mechanism ,the channels for talents in competitive sports to enter a higher school and the educational reform based on athletes＇career development ,to pro-vide reference for shool-running innovations in sport vocational colleges .
