冷轧热镀锌线炉子段网络故障分析与解决方案

摘要 针对涟钢冷轧热镀锌线炉子段网络经常出现网络闪断故障问题,提出一种故障解决方案。介绍冷轧热镀锌线生产工艺和炉子段网络对工艺的重要性,重点分析炉子段网络拓扑结构和网络故障原因,从减轻网络负荷、增强抗干扰能力等方面提出切实有效的解决方案。结果表明:经过一年多的运行测试,此段网络再未出现过网络闪断故障,能确保炉子段设备的稳顺运行,能为全行业西门子网络所出现的问题提供指导性意见。 A solution is developed to network fault flash break-off which frequently happened in CGL furnace. Thispaper introduces hot galvanizing technology and significance of furnace network to hot galvanizing process, also focusesanalysis of furnace network topology structure and the network failures, and advanced a practical and effective solution tolessen network load and enhance interference resistance. Result shows that, in over one year of operation and testing byadopting the solution, furnace network had no flash break-off, and furnace ran properly, being guideline for addressingissues or problems of Siemens network being used in the industry.
