摘要
在以学生为主体的教育工作的新形势下,学生工作在高校工作中占据着越来越重要的地位,学生干部兼具学生和干部的双重身份,学生干部队伍建设的好坏关系到学生工作的有序开展。从主体性的角度,重点探讨学生干部在主体性发挥中存在的问题及应对措施。
In the new situation students have been the main body of educational work, so the student work has played a more and more important role in colleges and universities. College studenl cadres have double identity： students and ca dres, and the construction of the student cadre team is closely related to the smooth development of student work. This article concentrates on the problems resulting from whether the subjectivities of student cadres have been expressed and the corresponding measures from the perspective of subjectivity.
