小电流接地选线技术中自适应母线运行方式的研究和应用

摘要 配网系统中,母联运行方式发生变化,受出线数及长度影响,系统电容电流也相应变化。选线设备需要识别母线运行状态,并根据运行状态的变化相应调整选线范围,从而提高选线可靠性。根据零序电压同步变化特征,以软件方式识别母联运行状态,有效解决了传统硬节点接入方式带来的成本高且施工不便问题,在现场中已经得到大量应用。 In the distribution network,when the busbar operation mode changes,the capacitance and current of the system also varies under the influence of the number and length of outgoing lines.Line selection devices have to identify the operation state of the bus,and adjust the line selection range according to the changes of the operation mode so as to improve the line selection reliability.Based on the characteristics of synchronous changes of zero sequence voltage,this method uses software to recognize the busbar operation mode, thus effectively solving the problems of high cost and difficult construction due to traditional hard node access mode.This method is widely applied in the field.
