摘要
分析圆锥滚子轴承原着色检验方法存在的问题,改进采用3粒均布的标准滚子进行研色操作,并使用保持架进行引导,使着色能更真实、有效地反映出轴承工作面的接触状态,且操作更加简便。
The problems about the original staining inspection method for the tapered roller bearings are analyzed. Three uniformly distributed standard rollers and the cage are used to improve staining.The staining can more truly and effectively reflect the contact state of the working face of the bearings,and the operation is simpler.
