采空区氧化带位置与注氮效果的数值模拟 被引量:1

摘要 为了对采空区易自燃危险区域进行划分,利用CFD方法对采空区氧气和漏风的静态分布、温度动态升温过程以及注氮下的氧气分布变化趋势进行了数值模拟.结果表明,"U"型通风工作面采空区的氧气分布在进风侧较回风侧更集中,易自燃危险区域主要位于进风侧氧气富集区域,范围大小从进风侧向回风侧递减;在氧化带略靠前的位置注氮,可以最大程度使氧气重新分布,防火效果较其他位置更显著. In order to divide the easily spontaneous combustion region in gob, the CFD method was used to simulate the static distribution of gob oxygen and air leakage, dynamic process of temperature and variation tendency of oxygen under nitrogen injection. The calculated results show that the oxygen distribution is more concentrate in intake side than return side, the easily spontaneous combustion region mainly focuses in oxygen enrichment area and its scope decreases along the intake side to return side. The nitrogen injection in appropriate front of oxidation region can reshape the oxygen distribution for maximum efficiency. Hence, the fire prevention effect is better than other injection position.
