摘要
局部无焊孔的钢结构梁柱节点在国内外已有应用,但上翼缘连接处无焊孔而下翼缘连接处采用不同焊孔形式的梁柱节点的性能差别还有待进一步研究。采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,对四种局部无焊孔的钢结构梁柱节点进行了焊接热分析和拟静力分析,并与这四种节点相对应的梁腹板上下均有焊孔的节点分析结果相比较。结果表明,采用局部无焊孔节点可以降低焊接残余应力水平,进而减小节点连接中梁翼缘对接焊缝脆断的可能性;此外局部无焊孔还可以减小焊孔末端发生脆性破坏的可能性。
Welding steel beam-column joints with local non-scallop method has been used in domestic and overseas.However,the performance difference between local non-scallop beam-column joints which have different scallop in the connection of lower flange need to be further studied.In this paper,welding thermal analysis and quasi-static analysis of four local non-scallop beam-column joints and four corresponding beam-column joints with welding hole on the upper and lower flange by the finite element analysis software ABAQUS.The results show that the local non-scallop beam-column joints can reduce the probability of brittle fracture of the butt welds at the beam flanges, at the same time can reduce the probability of brittle fracture of the scallop edge.
