摘要
由于液压油缸外缸筒在对焊前已镗孔,内孔精度很高,表面质量好,而外表面却不加工,属毛坯面,设计以内孔为定位基准的工装和焊接止口、坡口,使缸筒合件在旋转中自动对中,定位精度高,无需点焊。根据油管接头与缸筒马鞍形焊缝的数学模型,设计自动焊机,关键是控制焊枪的转动和移动,并在焊接马鞍形环焊缝时作变位和插补,实现自动跟踪控制,焊缝成形好。结果表明:焊接工程液压油缸外缸筒,设计以内孔定位的焊接工装和马鞍形自动焊接机,焊接质量好、效率高,焊缝整齐、均匀、美观。
Due to hydraulic oil cyhnder cylinder bore before the butt welding, inner hole high accuracy, good surface quality, and outside surface is not processing, rough surface, the hole for the locating datum within design tooling and welding seam allowance, groove,the cylinder fitting in the rotation for automatically,high positioning accuracy,need not spot welding. According to the mathematical model of saddle weld tubing joints and cylinder,the design of automatic welding machine ,the key is to control the movement and rotation of welding torch,and saddle ring welding seam dislocation and interpolation,realize the automatic tracking control,the weld is good. Results show that the welding engineering outside the cylinder,the hydraulic oil cylinder hole positioning within design of welding jig and saddle automatic welding machine,welding quality is good,high efficiency and weld neat,uniform appearance.
