基于ANSYS的三缸单作用隔膜泵动力端十字头的强度分析

摘要 大型三缸单作用隔膜泵是煤化工领域中固-液两相流体输送的核心设备,隔膜泵动力端十字头作为装配于连杆与介杆的关键件与易损件,其运行过程中受工况活塞力的作用。本文针对大型三缸单作用隔膜泵动力端十字头,应用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS对其进行强度分析以确定其强度能否满足静强度及疲劳强度要求。其结论对隔膜泵动力端关键件的设计与改进具有一定的理论指导意义。 Large scale three cylinders-single action diaphragm pump is the core equipment in coal chemical industry field for solid-liquid two phase fluid transportation. As the key and fragile component in diaphragm pump power end, the cross head assembled between connecting rod and intermediate rod and it endured piston force during operation process. In this paper, the cross head in large scale three cylinders-single action diaphragm pump was simulated by finite element analysis software ANSYS. The simulated results were used for evaluating static strength and fatigue strength request. The analysis results provide some theoretical guidance for designing and improving key components of diaphragm pump power end.
