摘要
研究了4种不同类型的复鞣剂对山羊革物理和热解性能的影响。结果表明:丙烯酸聚合物复鞣剂对革的收缩温度、厚度和抗张强度提高最多,其耐热稳定性也最好;双氰胺树脂复鞣剂复鞣后,革样的撕裂强度和崩裂强度最高;醛类混合物鞣剂复鞣后,革样的断裂伸长率最长,而且其在800℃下的分解物残留率最低。
The influences of four types of retanning agents on the physical and pyrolysis properties of goat leather were studied.The results show that acrylic polymer retanning agents can greatly improve all the properties of leather,such as shrinkage temperature,thickness,tensile strength and the pyrolysis performance. The dicyandiamide resin retanning agents can only improve the tear strength and burst strength significantly. The breaking elongation of leather,which is retanned by aldehyde compound tanning agents is the best,and the residual rate of its decomposition is the lowest at 800℃.
