摘要 用双组分复合法配置噁虫威/顺式氯氰菊酯药剂整理液,采用轧-烘-焙工艺,在丙烯酸类胶黏剂的作用下将药物颗粒固定在纺织品表面,通过对纺织品分别进行药物防蚊层与防水洗层整理,制备得到耐水洗性能良好的防蚊纺织品(蚊帐),实现纺织品的自驱蚊功能。通过高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测水洗前后蚊帐表面防蚊剂活性成分的含量,计算残余率来表征制备的防蚊蚊帐的耐水洗性能,重点研究了胶黏剂的浓度对耐水洗防蚊整理的影响。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和拉曼光谱(RS)等测试方法,表征整理后蚊帐的形貌及化学组成,并对其耐水洗防蚊层的形成机理进行了一定的说明。研究结果表明,整理后的蚊帐经20次水洗后,药物的残余率可达到80%,耐水洗性能较好。 Two-component composite method was used to prepare finishing solution of bendiocarb/alphacypermethrin.Using pad-dry-cure method,the insecticide particles were fixed on the surface of the textile with the effect of acrylic adhesive.Mosquito-resistant textile with wash-resistant performance was prepared by duplex finishing which conclude anti-mosquito finishing and wash-resistant finishing.The content of insecticide on the PET nets before and after washing was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).The retention index was calculated to evaluate the wash-resistant performance of the finished anti-mosquito nets.The effects of the concentration of adhesive agents on the wash-resistant performance were investigated systematically for the optimization of the overall anti-mosquito and wash-resistance finishing process.The formation mechanism of both mosquito-resistant and washresistant layers can be characterized via scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Raman spectroscopy (RS).Our experimental results show that the retention index of insecticides on the treated PET nets after washed 20 times can reach as high as 80%,and the wash-resistant performance has been improved obviously in comparison with the untreated PET nets.
