摘要
目的 探讨关节镜下前后入路联合治疗伴有关节内疾病的腘窝囊肿的临床疗效。方法 对18例伴有关节内疾病的腘窝囊肿患者先行后入路关节镜下腘窝囊肿切除术，再应用关节镜前入路处理关节内疾病。结果 18例患者中，术中发现伴有骨性关节炎8例、半月板损伤4例、髌股关节炎4例、滑膜炎2例。术后均未出现神经、血管损伤等并发症。18例患者术后均获得随访，随访时间4～29个月，平均12个月，囊肿均无复发。结论 关节镜下前后入路联合治疗伴有关节内疾病的腘窝囊肿具有创伤小、恢复快及复发率低等优点，是治疗伴有关节内疾病的腘窝囊肿的一种有效方法。
Objective To discuss the efficacy of combined arthroscopic anterior and posterior approaches in the treatment of popliteal cyst accompanied by intra-articular disorders. Methods Arthroscopic posterior popliteal cyst resection was performed in 18 patients with popliteal cyst accompanied by intra-articular disorders,and then arthroscopic treatment of intra-articular disorders was carried out through the anterior approach. Results Among the 18 patients, 8 had osteoarthritis, 4 had meniscus tears, 4 had patellofemoral arthritis, and 2 had synovitis in intraoperation. No patients had neural and vascular injury and other complications. After an average follow-up of 12 months （range 4-29 months）, no cyst recurrence was found in all patients. Conclusion The arthroscopic treatment through combined anterior and posterior approaches is effective for popliteal cyst accompanied by intra-articular disorders and is associated with small trauma, rapid recovery and low recurrence rate.
