类固醇激素反应性慢性淋巴细胞性炎症伴脑桥血管周围强化症1例 被引量：2

摘要 类固醇激素反应性慢性淋巴细胞性炎症伴脑桥血管周围强化症（chroniclymphocyticinflammationwithpontineperivascularenhancementresponsivetosteroids，CLIPPERS）是指在脑桥、中脑及小脑血管周围以淋巴细胞浸润为主、对类固醇激素治疗有效的慢性炎性疾病。该病对皮质类固醇激素的免疫抑制治疗反应良好。国内外报道不足50例，是一种比较罕见的疾病，我们成功救治1例，现报告如下。
