摘要
目的考察尼莫地平纳米粉制备过程中的晶型转化和引起晶型转化的因素。方法利用反溶剂沉淀重结晶法联合高压均质技术得到尼莫地平纳米粉悬浮液,再经冷冻干燥得到其纳米粉;用X-射线粉末衍射法和差示扫描量热法鉴定尼莫地平的晶型;用激光粒度仪及扫描电子显微镜考察其粒径及形态。结果尼莫地平在反溶剂沉淀过程中的晶型由Ⅰ型转化成了Ⅱ型,在高压均质过程中未出现晶型转化。结论制备尼莫地平纳米粉过程中,易产生溶剂介导的晶型转化,而高压均质过程中的机械作用对晶型转化影响较小。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the polymorphic transformation and the influence factors in the preparation of Nimodipine uanocrystals. METHODS Anti - solvent recrystallization was used together with the high pressure homogenization to prepare the Nimodipine nano- suspension, which was then lyophilized to obtain Nimodipine nanocrystal. The crystal forms of Nimodipine were determined by X - ray powder diffraction and differential scanning calorimeter. The particle size and morphology of Nimodipine were investigated by laser particle analyzer and scanning electron microscopy. RESULTS The polymorphic transformation from modification I to modification Ⅱ happened during anti - solvent precipitation while there was no further polymorphic transformation during homogenization. CONCLUSION The organic solvent - mediated transformation is more likely to happen, while the mechanical force during homogenization process has little effect on the polvmorphic transformation during, the orenaration of Nimodioine nanocrvstals.
