摘要
小农经济属于小生产方式的范畴,几千年来中国一直实行以土地农民分散占有方式为基础的小农经营方式;从现代社会的视角看,它是一种分散、落后的生产方式。新中国建立以来,我国在农业经营方式变革方面虽然取得了一些成功经验,但也有许多曲折和教训。今天,我们应当在马克思主义经济理论指导下,对中国几千年来小农生产方式的基本特征与历史演变进行科学的研究,揭示其发展规律与必然趋势,积极探索我国农业经营方式变革之路,进而在土地所有制与土地占有方式变革的基础上,实现从小农经营方式向社会主义现代农业经营方式的历史性飞跃。
Small-scale farming belongs to the mode of small-scale production, and China has implemented the mode for thousands of years on the basis of land decentralized possession by farmers. From the perspective of modern society, this mode is dispersive and backward. Since the establishment of the new China, We have achieved some successful experience on the transformation of agricultural operational mode, but also have encountered many difficulties and lessons. Today we should conduct scientific researches on the basic characteristics and the historical evolution of the small-scale farming mode which has lasted for thousands of years in China under the guidance of Marx's economic theories, reveal the development law and inevitable trend of modern agriculture, and actively explore the ways of operational mode transformation, so as to realize agricultural historic leap from small-scale farming to socialist modern operation based on the transformation of land ownership system and possession ways.
