摘要
刮板输送机的核心部件中部槽的中板是物料的承载部分。通过对耐磨性能及焊接参数进行试验,得出采用具有优异的抗冲击韧性和低疲劳裂纹扩展速率的新型锰系耐磨钢,可显著提高中板的耐磨性能,使用寿命提高2倍以上,还能提升刮板输送机的安全、稳定性并可靠运行,可节约大量的人力资源,降低停产损失,对提高企业经济效益具有积极意义。
