摘要
工程量清单计价模式是流行于我国的一种工程计价模式。同时，固定总价合同，依靠其风险较小、结算方便，也受到了不少业主的欢迎。本文的要旨在于简单分析2013年新的工程量清单模式下，固定总价合同的特点及风险。
Engineering bil pricing mode is one of the popular engineering valuation mode in China. At the same time, the fixed price contract has also been welcomed by many owners depending on its smal er risk and convenient set lement. This article mainly briefly analyzes the characteristics and risk of fixed price contract under engineering bil pricing mode.
