摘要
随着我国进入老龄化社会，通过对老年人生理以及心理特征的分析来阐明养老模式以及行为特征，为进一步引导社会以及建筑设计人员更好地把握老年人现代居住建筑、提高老年人居住环境和生活质量来说显得越来越重要。
Along with our country entering an aging society, this article expounds the endowment pat erns and its behavior characteristics through the analysis of the elderly physiological and psychological characteristics, which is of great signify-cance in further guiding social and architectural designer to preferably grasp the elderly modern residential buildings, im-proving the elderly living environment and living quality.
