摘要
旅游企业集团成长模式选择是一个复杂的管理决策行为,其受到多种因素的综合影响。在文献研究的基础上,文章综合归纳影响旅游企业集团成长的外部环境因素和内部价值链因素;对我国198家旅游企业集团进行实证研究,运用SPSS15.0软件对调研数据进行因子分析。参考美国通用电气公司的GE矩阵提出的象限分类方法,构建二元成长模式选择矩阵图;对198个案例的成长模式分布进行列联表频率分析,总结不同外部环境和内部价值链环境条件下旅游企业集团成长模式选择的规律,提出指导旅游企业集团选择成长模式的相关建议。
The growth mode selection of tourism enterprise groups is a complex management decision, which is comprehen-sively affected by many factors. Based on the literature research, the paper summarizes external environmental factors and in-ternal value chain factors of tourism enterprise groups’growth. It makes an empirical study on 198 China’s tourism enterprise groups, and applies SPSS15.0 software to carry out a factor analysis on the questionnaire data. It builds the matrix of dual growth mode selection by referring to the quadrant classification proposed by the GE matrix of the American General Electric Company. Finally,the paper,in accordance with the contingency table frequency analysis of growth mode distribution of 198 cases,summarizes the rules and provides the guidelines for tourism enterprise groups to select the growth mode in different con-ditions of external environment and internal value chain.
