摘要
国外关于创造力的研究已取得很大进展,但有关的理论主要是基于西方文化背景提出的。中国的文化背景下,创造力评价方式和表现形式与西方文化有显著差异。中国学生的创造力是否以及如何受到了社会文化的影响?本文首先分析创造力的内涵,再从文化的视角分析集体主义、中庸思维、权力距离对学生的创造力产生的作用。最后,根据大学生的身心特点,提出大学教师在教学活动中可以采取的方案。
Research on creativity has made great progress abroad.However,the relevant theories are mainly based on the background of the western culture.Under Chinese cultural background,the evaluation and manifestation of creativity may be significantly different from that in Western culture.Whether and how the Chinese students' creativity is influenced by social culture?This paper first analyzes the meaning of creativity.Then,from the perspective of culture,the paper analyzes the impact of collectivism,Doctrine of the Mean,and effect of power distance on students' creativity.Finally,according to the physical and psychological characteristics of college students,this paper proposes some approaches that university teachers can apply in their teaching activities.
