中小企业的特性使得战略调整成为常态,薪酬设计必须与企业的发展战略相吻合,可采用全面薪酬、可变薪酬、差异化薪酬和激励长期化、薪酬股权化等策略,并且这些策略可组合使用。AD传媒公司两次大战略调整下薪酬设计策略的变迁存在三个方面启示:一是确保薪酬设计策略与企业发展战略保持联动;二是坚持效率优先、相对公平平、激励为主的原则原则;三是注重巧妙使用丰富多样的非经济性报酬手段。
The characteristics of small and medium - sized enterprises can make strategic adjustments become the norm. The revelations brought from the change of the design strategies under two big strategic adjustments by AD media companies indicate that enterprises should keep the linkage between compensation strategy and development linkage, insist on the principle of "giving priority to efficiency?with due consideration to fairness", and pay attention to the ingenious use of a variety of non - economic compensations.
