摘要
通过问卷调查实证检验了关系认知与环境动态性对联盟企业间关系公平的直接影响和交互作用。结果显示:关系认知对关系公平具有直接的正向影响;环境动态性对关系公平各维度的影响存在差异;关系认知与环境动态性对关系公平存在一定程度的交互影响。
This paper studies the impact and interactive effect of relationship understanding and environmental dynamism on relationship fairness through questionnaires. The results show relationship understanding has a direct positive effect on relationship fairness. Environmental dynamism has a different influence on dimensions of relationship fairness. There is some interactive effect of relationship understanding and environmental dynamism on relationship fairness.
