摘要
从国际化和全球化的视角来审视,自改革开放以来,中国零售业的国际竞争力成长较慢。从产业经济学的SCP分析可知,产业政策对中国零售业的市场结构和市场绩效的改善有重要的影响和作用。根据中国零售业国际竞争力"钻石模型"的分析,通过实施"走出去"战略,积极参与全球价值链竞争,形成国内国际两个市场的联动发展,是提高中国零售业国际竞争力的重要路径。为此,应该把中国零售业"走出去"提升为国家战略,并在国家层面构建完善的政策支撑体系,基于问卷调查和专家深访的实证研究结果就此提出了具体的对策和建议。
From international and global perspective, international competitiveness of China's retail industry grows relativelyslow. The SCP analysis in Industrial Economics shows that industrial policy has important influence and effect on the improvement ofChina's retail market structure and performance. According to the diamond model analysis of China's retail industry it is a definitelyessential way to improve its international competitiveness for the China's retail industry through "going abroad" strategy, active par-ticipation in global value chain competition and integrated development in both domestic and international market. Therefore,China's retail industry "going abroad" strategy should be raised to the national strategic level, the policy support system should beconstructed on macro, and on medium level. The results based on questionnaire and in-depth interviews by experts and retailer man-agers provide systematic policy planning and suggestions for the nation and industry administration.
