足球运动是一项社会文化活动,有它自身的发展规律。实力是基础,包括球队的竞技实力、经济实力等。机遇是亮点,包括场上机遇的出现与把握环境的机遇,主要是管理层的科学管理与政策引领。规则是保障,严格的公平公正的执行竞赛规则。只有这几方面完善协调地发展,经过多年的艰苦奋斗,创新性地工作,不能急功近利,要敢于突破又踏踏实实地工作,才能逐步重建中国足球的吸引力。
