摘要
通过问卷调查,采集针对企业普通员工的问卷数据,探讨了领导成员交换关系与员工管家行为之间的关联关系,构建并检验了"领导成员交换关系—心理所有权—员工管家行为倾向"作用机制模型。研究结果表明:领导成员交换关系对员工管家行为倾向有显著的正向影响,心理所有权在领导成员交换关系与员工管家行为倾向之间起部分中介作用。
Based on the questionnaire data for enterprise employees, this research looked into the relationship between leader-member exchange and stewardship. It built a mechanism model of "leader-member exchange-psychological ownership-stewardship", and tested the model. The results show that leader-member exchange is positively related to employees' stewardship, and that psychological ownership partially mediates leader-member exchange's influence on employees' stewardship.
