中、美、欧高压氧治疗临床策略解读 被引量:8

Comparative analysis on clinical policy bulletin of hyperbaric oxygen therapy among China,America and Europe

摘要 高压氧在我国从50年代开始兴起,逐步发展成为治疗百余种疾病的一种有效手段。由于东西方社会在人群、经济、体制等方面的不同,就高压氧临床应用方面的理解和操作也存在一些差异。本文比较美国安泰医疗保险公司的高压氧临床治疗策略、欧洲高气压医学会2004年高压氧医学与会共识、我国中华医学会高压氧医学分会推荐的高压氧治疗适应证,以及北京市公费医疗、医疗保险关于"高压氧治疗"的报销范围,旨在推动临床医生正确认识高压氧,促进高压氧的合理应用,为证实高压氧治疗的有效性、制订高压氧治疗最佳方案提供参考。 Hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) arose in the 1950s in China and is gradually used for treating various diseases in clinic.Due to the differences of economy system and ideology between Chinese and Western, the understanding and application vary from nation to nation.In this paper, we compared the indications among American Aetna Clinical Policy Bulletin of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, European Consensus Conference on Hyperbaric Medicine, HBO Branch of Chinese Medi-cal Association Recommendations, HBO reimbursement scope for the free medical service and basic medical insurance in Beijing.The comparative analysis may provide preferences for clinical treatment and further research.
