摘要
随着科教兴国战略的实施，把教育特别是高等农业教育从社会“边缘”推向社会“中心”。教育创新理论的提出，对高等农业教育事业提出了更高的要求。搞好教育创新，必须树立人的全面发展观，提高农业院校师生的人文素质，必须推进高等农业教育的多样化和地方化，必须在服务于区域经济建设中有所作为。
With the implementing of the strategy of developing the country through science and education, educa- tion, especially higher agricultural education was spread from the edge of society to the center. The creative new theo- ry of education put forward a higher requirement to higher agricultural education. In order to do well in educational innovations, we must set up an outlook of full - scale development, enhance humanistic quality of the staff and stu- dents in agricultural field, promote variety and localization of higher agricultural education, and do a good job in ser- vicing regional economical construction.
