摘要
对断路器的维修策略进行研究,利用断路器操动机构二次侧分合闸线圈中电流、电压曲线以及辅助开关的动作时间,提出一种断路器状态评估方法;基于非参数核密度估计方法,计算出断路器状态的概率分布,更加全面地反映了断路器的实际状态;在此基础上,计算出断路器状态异常的概率,综合分析断路器的异常概率与断路器对变电站风险的影响,提出断路器维修决策方法,在兼顾断路器状态和变电站风险的情况下确定经济可靠的维修方式。该方法可以在提升系统可靠性的同时保证资源分配的经济性。
Based on the maintenance of circuit breakers recently,an evaluation method of circuit breaker condition was proposed by using the waveform of secondary trip-and close-coil current from circuit breaker mechanical part,operation times of different auxiliary contacts,and trip &close initiation time.A non-parametric kernel density evaluation method was used to assess the probability distribution of a breaker condition index.Then the probability of a circuit breaker op-erating in the abnormal condition can be assessed.Comprehensive analysis abnormal probability and substation risk,the maintenance strategy of circuit breakers with economy and reliability was presented.The proposed method can greatly increase the system reliability and guarantee the economy of resource allocation.
