摘要
介绍了溪洛渡电站水轮机调速器在不同电网下一次调频功能实现方式,并着重分析了一次调频与AGC、孤岛、LFC的协调关系,提出了水电站发电机组一次调频在不同模式下的调节条件和方式。
The implement of primary frequency modulation function in turbine governor at Xiluodu Hydropower Station under different grids is introduced. The relationship between the primary frequency modulation and AGC, islanding and LFC is analyzed. The hydropower generator primary frequency regulation under different modes and methods is proposed.
