摘要
裂纹对组合转子性能退化具有重要影响。为此,基于键合图法建立通用组合转子扭转振动力学模型,研究拉杆裂纹导致组合转子性能退化的位置敏感性。研究表明:裂纹位置从拉杆两端到中部,组合转子性能退化对裂纹的敏感性逐渐降低;但当拉杆裂纹深度小到一定程度后,组合转子性能退化对裂纹位置不敏感;轮盘数、拉杆数越少,组合转子性能退化对裂纹的敏感性越高。
Cracks have important effects on combined rotor’s degradation. Based on the bond graph method, a general dynamic model for torsional vibration of the combined rotor is established. Then, the sensitivity of the combined rotor’s degradation to the crack position in a tensile rod is studied. The results show that the sensitivity of the combined rotor’s degradation decreases gradually when the crack locates from the end to the centre of the rod. However, when the crack depth is small, the combined rotor’s degradation is not sensitive to the crack position. Furthermore, the less the number of the rods and the disks is, the higher the sensitivity of the combined rotor degradation to the crack is.
