摘要
对于低浓度煤层气含氧液化装置,板翅式换热器是其冷箱中的关键设备。提出一种新型带有导流翼的板翅式换热器封头结构,采用CFD方法对该新型封头结构进行了数值计算,并对其流动与压力特性进行分析和比较,结果表明:该新型封头结构有效地改善了换热器封头内部物流分配特性,能更均匀地分配物流到各个换热通道。该研究对冷箱中换热器的设计制造具有理论指导意义。
Plate-fin heat exchanger is the key equipment of cold box in the liquefaction plant of the low-concentration oxygen-contained coal-bed methane. In this paper, a new sealed-head structure of plate-fin heat exchanger with wing plate was put forward, numerical simulation was made on this new closed-head structure with CFD method, and analysis and comparison were carried out on its flow and pressure characteristics. The results showed that the new closed-head structure could effectively improve the distribution characteristics of fluid flow in the plate-fin heat exchanger and make the fluid flow to be uniformly distributed into every heat exchange channel. This research has a certain theoretical guiding significance for the design and manufacturing of the heat exchanger in the cold box.
