摘要
中国古代王朝既反腐惩贪,又表彰和奖励清官廉吏。清官廉吏大都忠于皇帝,勤于职守;为官一任,造福一方;不畏强权,公正执法;为官清廉,一身正气等。表彰奖励包括下诏书表彰,加官晋爵,物质鼓励,死后优恤,赏及后代子孙等。对清官廉吏的表彰弘扬了正气,对贪腐之风起了一定的抑制作用。然而,因为这种表彰还不足以抵消贪腐的诱惑,人治下的制度漏洞又给贪腐行为造成许多机会。
China ancient dynasty anti corruption,and commend and reward the fewer. The fewer are loyal to the emperor,diligent in their duties; the official term,the benefit of one party;fear of power,justice and law enforcement officials honest,upright and so on. In recognition of awards including the award under the edict,promote to a higher office and rank,material incentives,after the death of pacifying,reward and descendants. The fewer for promote the healthy,have certain inhibition effect on corruption. However,because this recognition is not enough to offset the temptation of corruption loopholes in the system, rule of man the cause many opportunities for corruption.
