摘要
为了探究RP中速磨煤机石子煤排量较大,风环及衬板装置磨损严重等问题的解决办法,对某电厂的HP型磨煤机进行数值模拟,获取了其内部的流场数据并与RP磨煤机进行对比,探究两者差别。结果显示:RP型磨煤机风环喷嘴中存在漩涡,造成了涡流损失并且加速了风环磨损,而且由于各喷嘴风量分布不均,部分风环口风量过小,造成了石子煤排量较大,而HP型磨煤机由于采用了旋转风环,各风环喷嘴风速趋于均匀,涡流减少,石子煤排量大幅降低,所以采用旋转风环可以有效地改善磨煤机中的上述运行问题。
To explore the solution for the displacement of pebble coals, the wear of liners and nozzle rings of the RP tpye middle-speed mill, this paper studied on the HP tpye mill in the method of numerical simulation, got the data of flow field to be compared with RP's. The result demonstrates that there are many swirls in the nozzle rings of the RP, which cause more pebble coals discharging and accelerate the wear rate. In addition, nozzle rings which have smaller airflow and uneven distribution of airflow ultimately lead to more pebble coals. But in the HP mill, due to having rotating impeller, the above problems are improved. The study provides valuable ideas that can be used to improve the mill design and optimize unit operation.
