技术侦查效益的产生,是复杂的技术侦查系统实现良性运行的结果。这个运作过程中是由侦查构造、科技、主体和管理等系统要素相互影响、相互作用的过程。通过系统论整体化、最优化和模型化三大主要原则,系统要素实现重组协调,从而在整体层面上实现技术侦查效益的最大化。
Technical investigation benefits come from a complex technical investigation system to achieve positive results. The operating process is influenced by the investigation structure, science and technology, investigative subject and management. Through the three major principles of integration, optimization and modelization in system theory, system elements realize coordinated restructuring to maximize technical investigation benefits on the overall, level.
