阐述了梅州市食用菌产业发展现状,运用SWOT法分析了梅州市食用菌产业发展过程中的优势、劣势及面临的机遇与威胁,并提出了促进梅州市食用菌产业可持续发展的对策。
The status of Meizhou edible fungi industry development were described,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats in the development of Meizhou edibl＇e fungi industry were analyzed with SWOT method,and the strategies to promote the sustainable development of Meizhou edible fungi industry were proposed.
