摘要
新城疫是危害当今养禽业的主要传染病之一,当前,该病主要的措施是疫苗防控,但经常出现注射疫苗后效果不佳的现象。该文从鸡自身的因素、疫苗的因素、疫苗的合理应用因素、应激因素、饲养管理因素、兽药合理应用因素等方面总结了影响新城疫免疫效果的主要原因及其应对措施,可为以后有关该病的合理预防提供一定的参考依据。
Newcastle disease is one of the major infectious diseases in the poultry industry.At present ,the main measures for this disease is the vaccine prevention,but we often find that some chicken which vaccinated are ineffective.This article summarized the main causes from the chicken＇s own factors, vaccines, the reasonable application of vaccine, stress factor, management factor and the reasonable application of veterinary drug factors which affected the immune effect of Newcastle disease, and the countermeasures were put forward so as to provide certain reference for the reasonable prevention of this disease later.
