摘要
分析了东庞洗煤厂筛板管理现状及存在问题,结合选煤生产实践,提出了筛板编码管理办法、实施细则和考核办法,并应用于生产,取得了良好效果。
Analyzed the current situation and existing problem of screen deck management in Dongpang colliery coal preparation plant,combined with practice of coal separation production,presents the method of screen deck coding management,detailed roles for implementations and evaluation method,which applied in the production and obtained good effect.
