摘要
在我国的新型城镇化建设过程中,产业发展与城市建设的脱节现象已经成为一对比较明显的矛盾,这在城市新区建设和工业园区的发展中表现得尤为突出。产城统筹是推进新型城镇化建设的有效途径。在我国城市化发展的关键阶段,应当注重产业发展与城市建设的有机结合,实现“双轮驱动”,良性发展。
In the process of industrialization and disconnection between industrial development and tradiction which is especially prominent in the urbanization in our country, the phenomenon of urban construction has become an obvious conconstruction of new district in the city and the development of the industrial park. As a whole of production and city is an effective way to promote the new industrialization and new urbanization. In our urbanization development critical stage, we should pay more attention to the combination of industrial development and urban construction, in order to realize the two-wheel drive and benign development.
