摘要
德国职业教育非常重视实践能力的培养,校企合作紧密,学生具有良好实践环境,能够得到实践指导教师全程指导。教师教育也是实践性很强的专业,德国校企合作模式带给我国教师教育的启示是政府、高校、中小学三位一体,加强实习环节教学。政府制定相应政策和标准,鼓励优质中小学积极申请实习基地,鼓励优秀中小学教师申请实践指导教师资格;第三方评价机构依照实习培训标准对实习资质评估,对实习效果进行评价;高校和实习基地成立合作研究机构,促进实习基地及学校教学科研发展,以达到校校合作双赢目的;高校教师和实习基地实践指导教师共同承担导师责任和义务。
German vocational colleges emphasize the cultivation of practice abilities very much, so students have good practice environment, and they get supervisor' s guidance in a close relation between the colleges and the enterprise. Teacher education is also a practice oriented major; the implication of German school-enterprise cooperation mode is to make the government, college and primary or secondary school into a trinity, and enhance the practice teaching. The government sets relative policy and standard to eneourage the practice in the following aspects: the third party assesses the practice school and the practice effects according to some standards; the good primary and secondary school can apply for practice base; the excellent primary and secondary school teachers can apply for the supervisors qualification; the higher school and the practice school cooperate to build up research unit to enhance the teaching and research development of the practice school, so as to get win-win development between them. The higher school teachers and the practice school teachers take the responsibilities and obligations together.
