摘要
量测信息少、测量精度不足是影响配电网状态估计精度的重要问题。根据实时量测和伪量测数据的精度,判断配电网状态估计结果的误差范围,对配电网的运行和观测规划具有重要指导意义。现有的采用信息矩阵求逆的方法,物理意义不明确,难以分析各类型量测的作用。提出一种配电网状态估计误差的电路表示方法,将量测精度对配电网状态估计误差的影响用导纳电路表示,并用源强度和关联强度分析不同类型量测在状态估计中的作用。理论分析和算例验证表明,该方法可直观表示配电网状态估计的误差分布,确定各个量测对状态估计误差的影响,从而为配电网的运行规划提供指导。
Measurements in distribution networks are usually not sufficient and sometimes even inaccurate, which severely influence the accuracy of state estimation. Therefore, it is critically important for power system planners and operators to evaluate how accuracies of real-time and pseudo measurements affect on state estimation errors of distribution networks. The existing methods, which usually calculate inverse matrix of information matrix, do not have a clear physical meaning, and they are difficult to analyze the role of each measurement. This paper proposed a circuit representing method for state estimation errors in distribution networks. The method used an admittance circuit to represent effects of measurement accuracies on state estimation errors, and evaluated effects of different types of measurements according to the defined indexes of source intensity and relational intensity. Both theoretical analysis and case study results verify the effectiveness of the method on calculating state estimation errors in distribution networks and evaluating measurement influences, so as to provide guidance for the operation and planning of distribution networks.
